Oakland burglary tally totals 29 for breakByAccording to a final report by city police, Oakland saw a total of 29 burglaries during Pitt's winter break. As of Tuesday, Jan. 1, police had received 21 reports of burglaries. But eight more burglaries were reported in the last week alone. Officer Matt White, spokesman for Zone 4, which encompasses Oakland, Shadyside and Squirrel Hill, said that the additional reports came in as students arrived back to the neighborhood over the weekend. 0 Comments |
