G20: A Full Story

The Pitt News attempts to correlate all the video, photos, and reporting about the G20 demonstrations over the past two weeks in one 12 minute piece. Some questions will be answered, more will be raised.

Comments

A little off but good

There are a couple things in here that bait protesters into starting police violence (the one mentioned in the other comment and the part in oakland where the window breakers were mentioned as starting violence even the cops were coming after students for HOURS before that).

Otherwise a good mash up by someone who probably wasn't there to see every part. So, good job.

One note

You can pretty clearly see that as the dumpster was thrown, tear gas was already in the air, not "this incited the first use of OC gas that I saw" as our narrator says.

ACAB

FACTS:
tear gas was deployed a good 3 minutes before the dumpster was pushed down the hill...plus they were tossing smoke and/or tear gas and using the LRAD before and during the dispersal order...not to mention its our fuqn streets, there was no traffic, we were peaceful up to that point, and its our right to organize protest!
